Five Elements Training Services was started in 2017 by Rohit Narain, a learning consultant and a trainer with over two decades of experience in the fields of marketing and training. He is a specialist in Transaction Analysis (a framework to understand human behaviour developed by Dr. Eric Berne in 1958), especially applied to Organization Development.

In line with the our organization's vision, Rohit Narain has put together a competent team "to deliver training programs that are effective and measurable at the personal and professional levels."

At Five Elements Training Services, we firmly believe in the concept of experiential learning.
