As part of Five Elements Training Services, the Silver Rays Channel monitors learning trends and develops customised assessment tools for clients. The Silver Rays Channel is currently headed by Bharathi R Narain, Chief – Learning Design and Assessment Innovation.

She mentors interns and trains students from various colleges in Bangalore in the areas of personal motivation, mental health, and learning paradigms.
